Music is one form of entertainment that everybody loves.
My son is also a music lover. He knows a lot of songs and artists more than I know, haha. He would also sing with feelings when he likes the song. He would even dance in a heartbeat when he hears the songs of his favorite artist. In fairness, Kib sings in tune, ahihi.
Music keeps me entertained while stuck in traffic. My son and I would sometimes sing together while in the car so that we won't get annoyed by the slow movement of traffic. Sometimes, I would pop in my favorite music CDs so that I would be able to listen to the songs that I grew up with.
Last Friday, December 15th, I was invited to the press conference of Wish Music Awards.
Wish 107.5, the Number 1 FM station on YouTube, will hold its 3rd Wish Music Awards on January 15, 2018 at Smart Araneta Coliseum. Wish Music Awards (WMA) aims to gather and recognize the year's best and well-loved Filipino musicians and artists.
The 3rd Wish Music Awards will pay tribute to local composers, bands, singers, and artists who collectively contributed to the massive appreciation and support gained by Original Pilipino Music (OPM) from the public. Having noticed the resurgence of OPM, Wish finds it fitting to put the spotlight to the men and women who helped rekindle Filipinos' love for their very own kind of music.
The 2018 WMA will give thanks to the OPM legends while letting new and up and coming Pinoy musicians to step up their games and showcase their original brand of musicality. Three more awards will be added for 2018 WMA (Best WISHclusive Performance, WISH Original song of the Year, WISH Artist of the Year). Other awards include WISH Performing Artist, WISHclusive Elite Circle Award, WISH Reactors' Choice Award, and the WISH Music Icon.
Awardees will be chosen through a voting process, which comprises of online votes (15%) and the judges' votes (85%).

4. Wish Rock/Alternative Song of the Year
